This course provides an introduction to the world of private equity real estate investment with a particular focus on answering the question, “What is the real estate asset worth?”

The Real Estate Game: Understanding the Global Landscape

The purpose of this course is to provide a hands-on understanding of the real estate investment process to the first-year college student through an easily understandable text that focuses on the real estate entrepreneur.

Undergraduate Student awards

Michelle graduated from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in 2019 and died tragically while rock climbing, which was one of her many passions. She was a vibrant young woman who focused on real estate while at Georgetown and was actively engaged with the Steers Center, its students and activities all the way to graduation. She worked with an industrial real estate investor following graduation as an acquisitions analyst. This award was created to ensure that Michelle is never far from our minds and hearts, especially at graduation. Student recipients embody Michelle's commitment and leadership in the field of real estate, but also reflect the caliber of human that Michelle Xue was.
