Ryan Dodge joined PCCP in September 2013 and is a member of the Investment Committee. Dodge is responsible for equity and debt originations along the East Coast with a focus on the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. During his tenure at PCCP, Dodge has closed over 90 transactions across 16 states totaling $8.6 billion of investment activity. Dodge helps lead PCCP’s industrial business and has invested in the development or acquisition of over 30 million SF of industrial product across East Coast and Midwest markets.
Prior to joining PCCP, Dodge worked in the Global Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Barclays, specializing in M&A advisory and capital markets assignments on behalf of public REITs and private real estate clients. Dodge holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University, where he is a member of the Associate Advisory Board of the Steers Center for Global Real Estate. Dodge is an active member of NAIOP and sits on the National Industrial Perspectives Forum.
