Patrick is a co-founder and Principal at Ambient, with responsibilities for acquisitions, capital markets and asset oversight. Patrick has 15 years of real estate experience, including acquisitions, capital markets, asset management and corporate M&A.
Patrick was previously a Senior Vice President at Stockbridge Capital Group, where he was an acquisitions officer covering all asset types and leading the firms efforts in the IOS category, while also overseeing all firm-wide financing activity as Head of Capital Markets. Prior to Stockbridge, Patrick worked at UBS Investment Bank. Patrick has a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.
