Nicolas Franzetti is a Managing Director and National Co-Head of Capital Investments overseeing new investment activity throughout the South as well as a portfolio of owned properties. Franzetti is a member of ASB’s Management Committee and Investment Committee. Since joining ASB Real Estate Investments in 2006, Franzetti has closed over $3.0 billion in transactions across property sectors and geographies. He received his MBA from Georgetown University and a B.A. in English Literature from McGill University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute Washington, D.C.
