Nick O'Neill is the Chief Operating Officer of GS REIT, Goldman Sachs Asset Management's core-plus real estate fund in the U.S. He also serves as the Chief of Staff for the Real Estate Investing group. Previously, Nick was a member of the U.S. real estate acquisitions team, and he began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Investment Banking group. Nick received a B.A. from Princeton University, M.St. from the University of Oxford, and a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
