Mark Negus is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate with portfolio management responsibilities over PGIM’s global data center investments. Based in Madison, NJ, Mark has primary oversight of the execution and management of the North American investments. Previously, Mark served as the Chief Underwriter for PGIM Real Estate’s Americas equity strategies in which he oversaw the underwriting of more than $17bn of new investments over 200 transactions in the U.S. and Mexico as well as more than $9bn of dispositions. Prior to his role as chief underwriter, Mark was a member of the U.S. Debt Capital Markets team, in which he was responsible for procuring, structuring, and executing all asset level and fund level financings for PGIM Real Estate’s U.S. equity funds. Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Mark was a vice president at M&T Bank, where he was responsible for underwriting and originating commercial mortgages. Mark has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
