Lia Barsanti is a Vice President at PCCP, LLC where she is responsible for equity and debt originations along the East Coast with a focus on the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to joining PCCP in 2020, Barsanti worked in the Real Estate, Lodging, and Leisure Investment Banking group at UBS, specializing in M&A advisory and capital markets assignments on behalf of public REITs and private real estate clients. Barsanti graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business and was a captain of the Women’s Varsity Swimming and Diving team.
