Lexington Henn is a Director for Institutional Property Advisors (“IPA”) where she specializes in providing structured financing solutions for owners and operators of multifamily, hospitality, retail, industrial, and office properties. She has raised almost $2 billion of capital in the form of debt, equity, mezzanine, and preferred equity. Prior to joining IPA, she was a vice president with Mission Capital Advisors where she focused on the due diligence, underwriting, and closing of large, highly structured commercial real estate transactions.

Lexington graduated from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University with a B.S. in Business Administration with majors in Finance and International Business and currently serves on Georgetown University’s Real Estate Associate Advisory Board and the Management Committee of Real Estate Ascending Leaders.
