Julia Hyman graduated from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, with a B.S. in Business Administration and a fellowship in Entrepreneurship. While at Georgetown, Hyman published a book entitled “Universal Housing: How to Revitalize Cities and Rebuild the American Dream” and was recognized by Forbes and Poets and Quants as one of the top 100 Best and Brightest Business Majors of 2019. She received her Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Preservation and Planning. After completing her Master's, Hyman worked at JOSS Realty Partners in New York City. At JOSS, she was involved in acquisitions, underwriting, and development. Currently, she is an Associate at GreenBarn Investment Group, in which she is involved in acquisitions, underwriting, and development.
