Jeffrey Foster currently serves as the chief financial officer for Cloud Capital, a $2 billion private equity fund whose mission is to acquire data centers. Prior to this he served as the executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of DuPont Fabros Technology (DFT), a data center REIT, from 2013 until DFT was acquired in 2017. He also served as chief accounting officer from 2007 to 2014. Foster built the accounting department so DFT could meet the requirements of SEC reporting and was responsible for budgeting and forecasts. Prior to DFT, Foster was chief accounting officer at Global Signal, the first cell tower REIT. Foster currently serves as an independent director on the boards of Broad Street Realty, a publicly traded owner of shopping centers, Pegasus Digital Mobility Acquisition Corp, a SPAC seeking an acquisition in the digital mobility space and Vault Digital Infrastructure, a private equity backed data center company. He is the audit committee chair for both Broad Street Realty and Pegasus Digital Mobility. He also serves on the boards of the Alzheimer’s Association Florida Gulf Coast Chapter and the Child and Family Network Center which provides free pre-K education to underprivileged children in Alexandria, Virginia.
