Jamie Winchester is a co-founder of Olmsted Capital Partners, which targets suburban multifamily assets in select markets along the East Coast. Prior to Olmsted Capital Partners, he worked on new investments in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast at DivcoWest. Prior to DivcoWest, Winchester worked on new investments and asset management across the U.S. at Lubert-Adler. Winchester began his career in the Transaction Advisory group at EY. He received his B.A. in Foreign Affairs with a minor in Economics from the University of Virginia and his MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, where he was the Executive Vice President of the Georgetown Real Estate Society and a Poland Fellow.
