Jamie Winchester is an Associate Director on the Investments team at DivcoWest where he is responsible for sourcing and executing transactions along the east coast. Prior to joining DivcoWest in 2022, Winchester was a Vice President at Lubert-Adler where he focused on value-add, opportunistic, and Opportunity Zone investments within the U.S. Winchester began his career in the Transaction Advisory group at EY in New York. He received his B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and his MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University where he was Executive Vice President of the Georgetown Real Estate Society. Winchester resides in Washington, D.C
