James McLoughlin is a Director at Tishman Speyer and is currently a member of its Debt group, where he is focused on launching the firm's first credit-focused investment platform and managing its debt capital markets activities. Prior to this, McLoughlin helped lead the acquisition and pre-development of Tishman Speyer's Enterprise Research Campus, a two million square foot mixed-use innovation campus at Harvard University. He has also held positions in Tishman Speyer's New York Acquisitions and Portfolio Management teams. During his time at Georgetown, McLoughlin served as the President of the Real Estate Club and co-founded the Georgetown Undergraduate Public Real Estate Fund (GUPREF). He graduated from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business with a major in Finance and minors in Mathematics and Economics.
