David Greek is responsible for new development and acquisition opportunities as well as expanding Greek Developments core business and progressing its expanding services. In concert with both private and institutional capital partners, Greek manages sourcing and site selection, valuation modeling, securing financing, negotiating transactions, and packaging deals for clients. Greek received a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business where he double-majored in Finance and International Business.
