Dan Chappell joined Elme Communities in June 2014 and serves as Vice President, Investments. In this role, he is responsible for underwriting for new investment opportunities and asset dispositions, transaction due diligence, contract negotiations, and closing activities. Prior to joining Elme Communities in 2014, Chappell worked in the Multifamily group at Federal National Mortgage Association. Before that, Chappell had a successful seven-year career at Navigant Consulting, Inc. Chappell holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with triple-majors in Finance, Marketing, and International Studies. Chappell received a Masters of Business Administration from Georgetown's McDonough School of Business where he graduated with honors.
