Colleen Floberg is a principal at GI Partners where she leads capital formation for the firm’s real estate platform. Prior to this, she was a senior vice president at Silverpeak, where she was responsible for the firm’s real estate investor relations activities. Floberg began her real estate career at Lehman Brothers in the real estate private equity group, where she was involved in the investor relations and capital raising efforts related to five real estate private equity funds, which were comprised of three equity funds and two mezzanine debt funds. Floberg started her career at Chicago Partners, an economic consulting firm. She graduated from Georgetown University, where she received a B.A. with a double major in Spanish and Finance.
