Amit J. Luthra is the Managing Principal of Barrington Residential since 2007. Luthra led the tenfold expansion of Barrington Residential’s portfolio consisting primarily of multifamily communities, as well as commercial space and proptech investments. He serves as a strategic advisor to Newbond Holdings, an investment and operating platform with a primary focus in the hospitality industry. Prior to Barrington Residential, Luthra worked within the US Real Estate division at The Carlyle Group and the Private Wealth Management division of Goldman Sachs & Co. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University and a Masters of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate Investment & Development from New York University.
