Alex Yaraghi is an Associate Director with the US Real Estate investment team at Cohen and Steers Capital Management. He is responsible for the team’s investment in US housing, gaming and lodging across the firm’s real estate strategies. Prior to joining Cohen and Steers, Yaraghi was a Senior Associate at Strategic Value Partners (SVP Global), a distressed debt private equity fund. He began his career at PwC with the firm’s Financial Services, Structured Products and Real Estate team in NYC. Yaraghi received a B.S. in Finance from University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business, an MBA from Georgetown University and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
