Ben Tenzer joined Sterling Investors in 2022 and is responsible for executing and sourcing real estate investment opportunities across all asset classes. Prior to Sterling, he was on the Real Estate Private Equity team at KKR, focusing on acquisitions for their core and opportunistic vehicles across the Industrial, Multifamily, Office, and Life Science sectors. Prior to KKR, Tenzer worked at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, where he was responsible for acquisitions across all asset classes for both the North Haven fund series and Prime Property Fund. Tenzer graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with a major in Finance.
