Daniel Scarda is the Director of Corporate Finance at The Crest Group, based in Long Island, NY where he focuses on acquisitions with mandates across asset classes & geographies, as well as corporate finance functions. Prior to joining the Crest Group, Scarda was an Analyst in Blackstone’s Real Estate Asset Management group where he focused on Retail and Data Center Real Estate. During his time at Georgetown, Scarda was the Chief Investment Officer of the Georgetown University Public Real Estate Fund (GUPREF) where he focused on Debt Strategies. Scarda graduated from the McDonough School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance.
