Laura Sanint joined Acento Partners in 2015 as Director, Investment Management, responsible for investor relations, business development, and asset management efforts. She formerly worked at KTR Capital Partners where she underwrote over 37M SF, valued at over $1.2B, in deals across the U.S. and Mexico. She has extensive knowledge in real estate valuation, acquisition, and due diligence. Sanint holds a B.S. from Wharton Undergrad, UPenn and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Laura lives in Washington DC with her husband Mateo and her sons David Lanai and Simon Mateo.
