Mosle is focused on connecting developers with passionate local tenants who share a common vision, to improve the communities in which they operate. Mosle's skillset spans a variety of retail environments, and in each he strives to provide service which stretches beyond the boundaries of traditional brokerage. Mosle integrates financial acumen, creativity, and a deep understanding of the development process to maximize positive outcomes for his clients.
Highlighted Accomplishments:
- Represents a group of 15+ hyper-local, neighborhood changing tenants in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
- Landlord representation or broker oversight on upwards of 1M SF of retail GLA and 100+ transactions spanning DC/MD/VA, Florida, Texas, Massachusetts, and the Carolinas.
- Curated and signed the original 11 tenant roster for Sparkman Wharf in Tampa, FL, now one of the region’s most prominent hospitality venues.
Mosle is an Associate Board Member at the Georgetown University Steers Center for Global Real Estate. Prior to launching Of Place George held various sales leadership positions at Level 3 Communications and Vonage Business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from Georgetown University.
