Jonathan Cummings works out of the Washington, DC office where he serves as a Managing Principal. Cummings is a member of Westbrook’s Investment Committee and Management Committee, and participates in acquisition, value enhancement and realization activities within the United States. He joined Westbrook in July 2012. Prior to joining Westbrook, Cummings worked at JBG Companies in Washington, DC where he was a project manager for office, residential and hotel developments. Prior to JBG, he spent a year as a portfolio analyst with CapitalSource Finance in Washington, DC in the structured finance group. Cummings received a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
