Federico Stubbe Jr. is CEO of PRISA Group, a family-owned developer and builder of residential, resort, hospitality, and entertainment projects in Puerto Rico and Florida. With five hotels in operation, including Dorado Beach, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Stubbe is presently developing three Marriott select service hotels in Orlando and Tampa, Florida, all currently in construction. In addition, PRISA has recently started construction of The District, a $120 million urban entertainment district in San Juan. Stubbe holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, and an MBA and civil engineering degrees from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
