Gregory D. Canzano is founder and CEO of Rosemary Capital, a real estate investment firm that targets multifamily assets, manufactured housing communities, and storage assets. Prior to Rosemary Capital, he was a principal in the Ares Real Estate Equity Group (fka AREA Property Partners and Apollo Real Estate Advisors), where for over 13 years, he headed up real estate equity investments in the Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, Colorado, and Gulf Coast regions. Canzano was at the publicly traded resort real estate group, Intrawest, prior to Ares. Canzano received his MBA in finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
