Aaron Bothner

Aaron Bothner is a Vice President of acquisitions for Wafra and based in New York. Bothner primarily covers underwriting and sourcing new investment opportunities for Wafra’s direct equity real estate platform where he has completed multiple acquisitions throughout the United States over the past 6 years. He joined Wafra in August 2016 after earning his MBA at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business. While attending McDonough, Bothner held internships at AvalonBay Communities and StoneBeck Capital and he earned a Poland Fellowship. Prior to enrolling at McDonough, Bothner taught high school social studies through Teach For America and coached teachers throughout the U.S.
