Nick Chaiken is a Senior Associate at Town Lane and is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing investments. Prior to Town Lane, Nick was an Associate at Blackstone in the Real Estate Debt Strategies group where he focused on originating senior loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity and other debt investments across all asset types and geographies throughout the U.S. and various international locations. Outside of work, Nick enjoys traveling and playing golf with family and friends. Nick graduated magna cum laude from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
