Jeremy Healey is the President of Carbon Limit. Healey was previously an Adjunct Professor and ESG Fellow at the Steers Center for Global Real Estate, where he focused on the impact of climate change on commercial real estate assets. Previously, he was CEO of Pacific Oak Realty Trust, a private REIT dedicated to workforce single-family housing. He also founded and led its predecessors, including Battery Point Trust and BPT Holdings, and led the acquisition of the NASDAQ-listed Reven Housing REIT. He is also a partner at Healey Development. Previously, Healey spent nearly 15 years investing in structured finance and real estate products for Eton Park Capital Management, R6 Capital Management, Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse First Boston. He received his BA from Georgetown University, and his MBA from the Wharton School.
