Bill Poland founded the Bay West Group in 1979, currently serving as Chairman and overseeing Bay West Realty Capital, LLC, its real estate investment and capital management affiliate. Prior to Bay West’s formation, he was vice president of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, heading their Northern California office. Poland serves on the Board of Trustees of the Buck Institute for Age Research, Georgia Tech President’s Advisory Board, and Lambda Alpha Land Economics Society. Poland earned his bachelor of mechanical engineering degree from Georgia Tech University and his MBA from Stanford University.
