Prior to joining Georgetown, Tim Reardon worked for Barings, a $430 billion global investment manager and subsidiary of the MassMutual Financial Group, for almost 19 years. During his time at Barings, he was a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Finance Group, where he was responsible for underwriting and closing commercial mortgage loans in the eastern, southeastern, and central United States, with an emphasis on office, multi-family, hotel, retail, and industrial properties. During his time at Barings, Reardon originated, underwrote, and closed billions of dollars of loans in the mid-atlantic and southeast. Prior to joining Barings, he worked for KPMG in the company’s business development group and worked as an associate at Scully Capital, a boutique investment bank located in Washington, D.C. He holds a B.A. in History from Washington College and an MBA from American University. Reardon volunteers his time helping coach a girl’s high school ice hockey team and also serves on the Board of Trustees and Membership Committee of the Adirondack Mountain Reserve.
