Why You Should Hire a Steers Student

The Steers Center for Global Real Estate program delivers an experiential and real-world real estate experience, equipping our students and graduates with the knowledge and skills needed to have a successful career in real estate investment and development. At the Steers Center, we help connect companies with Hoya real estate talent at the undergraduate, MBA, and masters level for internships and full-time roles, as well as exposure to our expansive alumni network.

Why Hire a Georgetown Steers Undergraduate Student

Undergraduate students affiliated with the Steers Center gain exposure to foundational and specialized real estate courses offered within the McDonough School of Business and the broader Georgetown University, in addition to co-curricular activities such as investment funds, case competitions, and student clubs to build real-world experiences in the industry. As a result, undergraduate talent is ready to step into internships and full-time roles with your company.

Our M.S. in Global Real Assets (MS-GRA) students are uniquely prepared to address the changing landscape of real estate and infrastructure through a comprehensive foundation in business concepts and demonstrated expertise in the broader category of real estate, infrastructure, sustainability, global capital flows, and the built environment. Through real estate clinics, global experiences, and exposure to relevant industry tools such as Argus, MS-GRA students are ready to lead positive change in the industry.
