Lawrence Palumbo is currently a partner and chief operating officer at Falcon Partners. Before Falcon Partners, Palumbo served as managing director, head of the U.S. equity real estate separate accounts, and as a member of the platform’s executive committee at BlackRock. Prior to his role as managing director, Palumbo was the director and New York metro regional head of real estate transactions. He joined SSR Realty Advisors, a predecessor firm, in June 2002. Before joining BlackRock, Palumbo was a consultant in the global real estate advisory group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Palumbo earned a B.S. degree in finance and graduated cum laude from Georgetown University and an M.S. degree in real estate finance and investment from New York University.
