Andrew Pence serves as principal of The Meridian Group. Prior to this, Pence was vice president of  Monument Marine Group, a DC-based investment firm focused on marinas and supporting waterfront properties. In his role, he focuses on acquisitions, capital markets, and investment management for Monument Marine Group’s portfolio along the eastern seaboard. Prior to joining Monument Marine Group, Pence was a Managing Director at the Meridian Group (TMG), where he focused on new acquisitions and oversight of Meridian’s existing investments. At Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington, DC investment sales team, he was involved in more than $1 billion in commercial transactions within the DC metro area. He currently serves as a board member of the Real Estate Group of Washington, DC. Pence received his B.S. with honors in International Economics from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service of Georgetown University.
