Reginald Livingston is the Chief Investment Officer for Acadia Realty Trust, a leading publicly traded REIT (NYSE: AKR) with over $2.5 billion of retail and mixed-use assets under management. He is responsible for investment strategy and execution across the firm’s platforms. Further, he oversees the asset management function responsible for creating value throughout the firm’s portfolio. Additionally, he serves on the board of Lionheart Strategic Management, an investment manager focused on deploying mezzanine and preferred equity capital with $1 billion under management. He has a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a JD from the George Washington University School of Law, both in Washington, DC.
