Q. How are you spending your summer?

A. I am interning for Morgan Stanley as a summer analyst with the Real Estate Investment Group. I wanted the opportunity to work in direct investing as opposed to investment banking, and Morgan Stanley has an extremely well respected program.

Q. What are you most excited about for your internship?

A. One of the aspects I love most about my internship is how committed my supervisors are to mentoring. They take the time to sit down with you and teach you the crucial skills to be successful in this field. That kind of investment makes me excited to work hard over the summer.

Q. What advice can you share for new and future Hoyas?

A. Take time to figure out what you are most passionate about, and most importantly don’t be afraid to try new things. There are a lot of great clubs and activities on campus. I came to love real estate through my involvement in the Real Estate Club on campus.

Q. How do you keep in touch with the Georgetown network?

A. Through my involvement in the Real Estate Club, I have had the opportunity to build relationships with my classmates and professors that I hope will last a lifetime. I look forward to staying in touch over the course of my last year and following my graduation.
