The Steers Center for Global Real Estate at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business hosted Scott Rechler, CEO and chairman of RXR Realty, to keynote the 2024 Luminaries Series on Thursday, April 18, 2024. The conversation, “Return and Recovery: The Future of Office as an Asset Class,” was moderated by Matthew L. Cypher, director and professor of the Steers Center.
The keynote discussion was preceded by a panel discussion with panelists Timothy Johnson, Allison Pistone, Peter Smith on the topic of “Private Real Estate Credit in an Era of Limited Liquidity,” which was moderated by Jeremy Healey (C’95).
