Robert Billingsley (F’68, P’99, P’03)

Vice Chairman, Cushman & Wakefield

Robert Billingsley began his career in 1971 as a commercial broker for Cross & Brown, where he became the youngest vice president in the firm’s 75-year history. In 1977, he was a founding principal of Colliers ABR Inc., one of the predecessor companies of Cassidy Turley. He served as vice chairman of Cassidy Turley from 2010 to 2015, and is currently the vice chairman of Cushman & Wakefield. Billingsley received his B.A. from Georgetown University in 1968.

Timothy McBride (JD’75, L’80, P’04)

Chairman and CFO, McBride Enterprises

Timothy McBride is a principal, chairman, and CFO of McBride Enterprises. He served on Georgetown University’s Board of Regents from 1995 and 2001 and was appointed to the McDonough School of Business Board of Advisors in 2004. In recognition of his support, McBride received the Georgetown University Law Center’s Paul R. Dean Award in 1999, and was elected to the University’s 1789 Society in 2006. McBride now teaches real estate finance as an adjunct faculty member. He graduated from Santa Clara University in 1967 and went on to serve as an Air Force officer from 1967-72. McBride earned his law degree (1975) and master’s of law in taxation (1980) from Georgetown Law.

Bill Poland (P’13)

Founder and Chairman, Bay West Group

Bill Poland founded the Bay West Group in 1979, currently serving as Chairman and overseeing Bay West Realty Capital, LLC, its real estate investment and capital management affiliate. Prior to Bay West’s formation, he was vice president of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, heading their Northern California office. Poland serves on the Board of Trustees of the Buck Institute for Age Research, Georgia Tech President’s Advisory Board, and Lambda Alpha Land Economics Society. Poland earned his bachelor of mechanical engineering degree from Georgia Tech University and his MBA from Stanford University.
